James L. Watson currently holds the title of Managing Member of the Watson Wealth System (WWS), Director of Insurance Sales for General Insurance & Risk Management, and President of Training & Marketing for the Morrison Group, LLC, one of his most important roles his is being a full-time Elder for Temple of THE WAY, Mr. Watson also maintains the title of Chief Golden Panther of the Indigenous Native American Association of Nation, Black Eagle Clan where he is the Minister of Commerce.

Prior to working in these various roles Mr. Watson was the Chief Executive Officer of Wealth Capital Group, LLC, which was a privately owned educational and wealth strategy firm, specializing in asset growth and protection. Mr. Watson has also held a minority interest in other privately held firms. Mr. Watson has many years of experience in the banking and finance industry. His most recent assignment was with Bank of America, as Vice President and Manager with the Wealth Management Team for Southern Connecticut and Metro New York.

Mr. Watson has four beautiful children and one grandchild. His hobbies include reading and golfing exercising and mentorship. His primary purpose in life is to follow His Creator’s Will and to be a loving and giving humanitarian.
